Kishan is a very nice, friendly, professional and honest technician. I thought I needed all 3 of my heat pump heads cleaned but Kishan said one of them was already clean so he saved me some money! He answered all of my questions and gave me great advice on filter cleaning and preventative maintenance. A much better experience than I've had with other heat pump cleaning companies. Kishan's love of dogs (including my dog) was a bonus! I will definitely call Shines again next time and will ask for Kishan!

Mason arrived at my house and was friendly and professional. He immediately got to work and was very thorough. He serviced my heat pump and checked inside and outside to make sure that everything was working right. He discovered that the furnace was very dirty and got to work cleaning that. He took pictures of the before, & after to show me how clean it now was. Mason provided me with a report of the furnace as well. Mason is an excellent technician. I am very pleased with Shines Energy. Thank you Mason and Shines for the excellent service.
