Kishan is a very nice, friendly, professional and honest technician. I thought I needed all 3 of my heat pump heads cleaned but Kishan said one of them was already clean so he saved me some money! He answered all of my questions and gave me great advice on filter cleaning and preventative maintenance. A much better experience than I've had with other heat pump cleaning companies. Kishan's love of dogs (including my dog) was a bonus! I will definitely call Shines again next time and will ask for Kishan!

Mason arrived at my house and was friendly and professional. He immediately got to work and was very thorough. He serviced my heat pump and checked inside and outside to make sure that everything was working right. He discovered that the furnace was very dirty and got to work cleaning that. He took pictures of the before, & after to show me how clean it now was. Mason provided me with a report of the furnace as well. Mason is an excellent technician. I am very pleased with Shines Energy. Thank you Mason and Shines for the excellent service.

Shines Energy has just completed a maintenance appointment. The work was done by Bentley C. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He took the time to ensure my heat pump was in proper working order. He also took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. Shines Energy is a truly professional company. I highly recommend this company.

Hired Shines Energy to install minisplits at my home. The process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. Their sales team was fair, their customer service was responsive, and both the electricians and the installers were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They even humoured me when I wasn't sure the indoor heads were level (they were). A supervisor also stopped in to do a quick QA before the job wrapped up.They had financing available through their partners at generous terms. I also learned through chatting with the guys that everyone at Shines is an employee, rather than subcontractors, so you can rest assured that the people they send are invested in the success of the install. I was very nervous to have this fairly significant work done, but the Shines team made it easy.

I am totally happy with the work Spencer did on my system. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He fixed my heat pump problems quickly and efficiently!I had the guys out to clean both my cassette heat pump and wall head. Sorry if that's the wrong terminology. I had been unable to find a company which would clean the cassette head but the guys did today and they were fantastic! They were very efficient and did a wonderful job that was quite labor intensive. I am sorry happy I found Shines Energy and they will ge my go to for all my heat pump needs. Thanks again guys you're the best!

From beginning to end the installation of our Heat Pump system was a pleasant experience. The main person we dealt with from Shines Energy was Michael Neville. Mike did an exceptional job explaining the various Heat Pump products that could/ would satisfy our needs. He really seemed to know what he was talking about.When it came time to carry out the install, we were pleasantly surprised by the number of technicians that were delegated to carryout the install. There was two Electricians named Chris and Ryan, and 4 other technicians named Connor, Tom, Kyle, and Mike that carried out the installation of the indoor, and outdoor components of our new Heat Pump system.Having this many people delegated to the job, allowed the work to be finished in a very timely manner. We are extremely happy with the end result. A very efficient Heat Pump system, that by all accounts seems to be working well because it was properly installed by a great team of installers.
